Customer Care Staff is responsible for dealing with customer complaints, queries and request of information. Provides solutions to customer problems with the assistance of development and/or implementation teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Information System, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Having at least 0 - 1 year experiences as customer care
- Having good interpersonal skills and customer oriented
- A mature individual with high self confident and the ability to work effectively in IT environment
- Familiar Web Development Technology such as HTML and JavaScript
- Familiar Programming Languages such as ColdFusion, PHP, ASP
- Familiar with Oracle Database, MSSQL Server or T-SQL
- Moderate in technical programming algorithm
