FIRMWARE ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Develop software requirements and design specifications for individual programs
• Develop schedule, track progress, and make task adjustments as necessary to maintain schedule commitments
• Schedule and hold code reviews to ensure that standards are being met
• Work with electronics hardware and systems personnel to determine and clarify project specifications.
• Participate in process tollgate reviews by documenting and presenting software design and reliability information.
• Develop and implement software test plans to ensure software quality and completeness to specifications.
• Lead and oversee development of service and engineering tools.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years working experience in the same position / similar assignment
• Min. Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• Proficiency in C/C++ Programming
• Experience in designing & coding for microcontroller or embedded system and state machine
• Good knowledge of embedded software development process, tools and concepts
• Should have interest in Embedded Systems and Electronics.
• Experience in full product life cycle (design to production) development of embedded applications
• Demonstrated initiative, drive, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Renesas, TI, STMicrolectronics or any other processors.
• Experience in software test and validation (Polyspace, PC-LINT )
• Proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
• Based in Cikarang, Bekasi
